My name is Phoebeia Noel. I have been in the Health Care Management field for more than 20 years. I enjoy caring for people of all ages. In my years of doing Nursing Home, Home Health, and Hospice, I recognized early on that the full personal needs of the patients and caregivers were not being met. This prompted me to start an agency where I could ensure all needs were being met. Therefore, I put this program together to totally assist in all areas of the patient and the caregiver. This program is not only for the elderly, it's for all ages, and anyone who may needs a little assistance at home. We also cater to the mentally challenged and special needs patients. Through this desire to care for those in need, Heavenly Hands Personal Care was born.
